Our Eye Spa lets you relax and treat your eyes and your body. All with one goal in mind – providing you with the most memorable experience as we take care of one of the most vital parts of your body.

We are represented by the colors brown and blue. Brown stands for reliability and approachability. Blue stands for health, healing, and tranquility. This reflects our personality, our purpose and how we intend to own and operate our practice. We strive to provide you with solutions and insights for a lifetime of healthy vision.

Dr. Meera Sutaria is always at the forefront of optometry's advances and has equipped her office with the latest diagnostic equipment. Our staff is required to be kept abreast with the latest developments in optometry technology.

We have designed our practice with the goal of being unique. Our boutique-style optical features eyewear that is both stylish and functional. Our Eye Spa has soothing lighting and tranquil music, massage chairs, a calming waterfall, eye healthy juices, and cold eye packs – a perfect getaway to help you relax and unwind.

InSight Eye Optique has two locations, Cascades Overlook in Sterling, Virginia and the beautiful Brambleton community of Ashburn, Virginia.
