Prepare for your Appointment

Before your visit:

At the time of your visit:

  • Please come alone to your appointment if possible, with the exception of a parent or guardian accompanying a minor.

  • Please wear your own mask or face covering if possible.

  • Our front door will be locked, but a staff member (wearing a mask and gloves) will greet you once you arrive.

  • The staff member will make sure we have received your COVID-19 Screening Questionnaire, and she will take your temperature using a non-contact thermometer. If you measure a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher, or if you do not pass the COVID-19 screening, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment until you are healthy and cleared by your primary care physician.

  • If you wear contact lenses, a new case and bottle of solution will be provided to you so that you can safely remove your contact lenses. You can also bring your own case and solution if you’d like! Remember to bring your back-up glasses to your visit.

  • Our doctors and technicians will make every effort to make your eye exam as comfortable as possible.

  • You still have the same choices of amazing eyewear in our optical. Although our optical is closed for browsing on your own, you will have an optical staff member there to assist you to try on frames. You can rest assured that all of our frames have been sterilized.

  • All prescriptions and receipts may be emailed to you, rather than being printed out.
